With summer now in full swing we bet that you are now really feeling the heat! Be sure to keep the fans blowing and try drinking more water on those really hot days. Take the time to apply sun screen to protect your skin and prevent burns from too much sun exposure. For a full list of tips on how to prevent heat-related illness, click here.

We hope you had a great time celebrating with family and friends on Canada Day. The summer is all about enjoying the nice weather and good food but in between indulging in icy treats and BBQ dinners, remember to keep your oral health in check. Brush and floss every day and bring your kids in for a checkup. This is a great time for them to come in before school starts again. Book an appointment today.

Stay cool,
